Measure the change.

Determining the biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of potential therapeutics and diagnostic probes is a pivotal first step in the discovery process. Early studies must characterize the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of novel drugs.

MSOT can be used to acquire real-time whole-body cross-sectional images that can be used to determine drug localization and biological half life. An analysis of probe uptake and clearance can thereby be performed rapidly and with ease.

Learn more about MSOT at our upcoming webinar on:

"In vivo Biodistribution and Pharmacokinetic Imaging by Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography (MSOT)"

Speaker: Wouter Driessen PhD, Probe Development Scientist, iThera Medical
